I started with a 15mm black silver focal, pave set with 2.87ct of incredibly sparkly natural diamonds. The diamond focal is flanked on both sides by some of the very best natural, genuine rubellite....in the very sought after raspberry red, a variety of tourmaline. The polished roundels graduate in size from the smallest(not small by any means for this exceptional quality) at 5mm to a large 8mm with a whopping weight of 162 carats of the finest rubellite. 
 
For added interest, I've finished the ends with the finest quality tanzanite roundels along with a diamond lobster claw clasp that is pave set on both side(.55ct)....even the ring that the clasp attaches to are pave set with diamonds.
