The all natural untreated pink sapphires in this cluster pendant are just stunning to behold.  Varying in size from ity bity 3mm to 6mm in length, fashioned into a cluster drop that mimics a stalactite.
 
At 40+ carats these beauties are accented with solid 18k gold and sway beneath a bail of the same.  Length of total drop including the gold bail is 2.25".
