These are truly exceptional natural sky blue topaz.  These are guaranteed to be mined from the earth natural stones as all the topaz in my shop.  Not lab created or worse yet, glass that is being passed off as the genuine article all over Etsy.  With that said, these pristine, eye clean drops utilizes the finest topaz as there are no faceting to mask any imperfections within the gems.  Measuring at a sizable 15mm x 10mm considered rather large and excellent price for such high grade topaz.
